By downloading or using Pay Yourself First ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Pay Yourself First is an iOS application that helps you build a savings habit by sending local notifications on payday. The App allows you to set a savings target, choose a payday date, and receive reminders to transfer money to savings.
The App does not connect to your bank, manage money, execute transfers, or provide financial advice. All actions (such as moving money to savings) are performed entirely by you through your own banking services.
The App is a personal productivity tool. Nothing in the App — including notification copy, suggested savings amounts, or any other content — constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. Consult a qualified financial professional for advice specific to your situation.
The App offers a one-time "Lifetime" purchase that unlocks additional features. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices are set in your local currency as displayed at the time of purchase.
All data you enter into the App (savings plan, history, preferences) is stored locally on your device using SQLite. No data is transmitted to any server. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The App schedules local notifications on your device. These are not push notifications — no notification is sent by any server. You can revoke notification permission at any time in iOS Settings. Revoking permission does not delete your plan or history.
You agree not to:
The App, its design, and all associated content are owned by Radosław Jozefowicz. All rights reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radosław Jozefowicz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or missed savings opportunities.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be noted with a revised "Last updated" date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
